I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist. I offer a trauma-informed approach to therapy.
I understand the impact that trauma can have on us and I am comfortable to work with the challenges that people can face after experiencing trauma. I am comfortable to work with a diverse presentation of challenges and can draw on my knowledge and experience to understand how best to support you. I have a particular interest in working with neurodiversity. I am a late diagnosed person with autism and likely ADHD. I also offer Gender Sexuality and Relationship Diversity affirming counselling.

About me and my practice
I work via video link, by telephone and face to face from a room in a counselling centre in Stourbridge, West Midlands.
I am also an EMDR therapist and offer this both in person and online.
Experience
I have worked for 4 years in a children and young peoples counselling service in the third sector alongside my small private practice.
Qualifications
Level 5 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.
Level 5 Certificate in counselling children and young people.
EMDR Europe Accredited Training parts 1-4

Fees
Standard sessions are £50.
EMDR sessions are £80 (these are 90 minute sessions)
